 Cancellation / Reschedule / No Show Policy

  PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT THOROUGHLY READING OUR POLICIES BELOW. WE

 ARE VERY STRICT WITH OUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE / NO SHOW POLICIES AND NO EXCEPTIONS

 WILL BE GRANTED.

Credit Card On File Policy

 Same day cancellations, rescheduled appointments & no shows will be responsible for 100% of the cost per service scheduled for that day.

 We require 48 hours of notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid fees. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation or rescheduling fee per service scheduled for that day.

 Downgrading the cost of your service or services, on the day of your appointment(s) will result in paying 100% of the original service amount scheduled.

 In addition, we would appreciate 48 hours of notice when needing to downgrade the cost of a service, however no fee will be implemented as long as a downgrade does not occur on the day of appointment(s).

 Our higher priced and longer duration services: We understand some of our services are higher in price, so we implemented a max fee charged per service to prevent an excessive fee amount charged for a service that did not take place. Below we will break down service categories and max fees that can be charged.

 We will never charge a fee that exceeds the amount listed per Service Category below. If being charged a percentage, the percentage is based on the original appointment amount, not the max chargeable fee amount. If

 being charged a percentage of original appointment amount, that amount will not exceed the max chargeable fees listed below.

Long story short, we’re not your average business. We use the best products, we provide a beautiful, clean and alluring environment and our staff is educated, talented and professional.

With all that being said, we deserve a certain level of respect, and with that comes the understanding of our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Service Category

 All PMU and Lash Extension Services: Max Chargeable Fee $175

 All Skincare, Laser Services, Hair Regeneration, IV Infusions, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Teeth Whitening,

 & Makeup Services: Max Chargeable Fee $125

 Spray Tanning, Facial & Body Waxing, Weekend Lashes & Tinting: Max Chargeable Fee $75

 Deposit Policy

 (Only select services require a deposit)

  1. Deposit Refunds: If a client cancels their appointment with at least one week (7 days) of notice, they are eligible to receive their deposit back in full.
  1. Deposit as Account Credit: If a client cancels their appointment with less than one week (7 days) but more than 48 hours of notice, their deposit will be converted into a credit on their account. This credit can be used for future services of any kind.
  1. Forfeited Deposits: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 48 hours of notice, their deposit will be forfeited and will not be available for future use. If there are any additional fees or charges that exceed the forfeited deposit amount, the remaining balance will be processed as follows:

 -The card on file will be charged for the additional amount.

 -Alternatively, an invoice will be sent to the client for the outstanding balance, which must be settled promptly.

 Our Policies are as follows: To cancel an appointment, you must either do so online or you can call us at 845-604-1847 and/or email us at Lashingoutstudio845@gmail.com during our operating business Hours. If you are emailing us or leaving us a voicemail to cancel an appointment, and that voicemail and/or email is sent outside of business hours, that voicemail and/or email will only be acknowledged once business hours resume. Cancellations cannot be made through any social media messages of any kind.

 IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CHARGE APPLICABLE FEES TO THE CARD ON FILE, WE WILL SEND AN INVOICE TO

 THE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER ON FILE AND ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS WILL BE BLOCKED THROUGH OUR

 SYSTEM UNTIL FEE IS PAID.
